Using the website
Pasted career information, vacancies, reviewed facts and drafts stay in the page's memory. PDF, text and evidence downloads are created on your device. The editor does not upload your profile automatically. Choosing Save to my account uploads the current application and its interview notes to your signed-in account. Without saving, clearing or closing the page removes its working state. Clear everything does not delete saved account copies; remove those in My applications. Files you downloaded stay on your device until you delete them.
No advertising trackers are added. Optional first-party usage measurement is off by default. Your browser or password manager may manage form information under its own settings.
Optional account storage
Sign in with ChatGPT identifies your account through the hosting platform. When you explicitly save, we store your supplied identity, career facts, vacancy, evidence links, selected layout, application status and practice notes. Application content is encrypted in our database with an application-managed key and decrypted by the service for your signed-in account. This is not end-to-end encryption. Hosting administrators and authorised operators may have technical access. Do not save unnecessary sensitive information.
Saved applications remain until you delete them. Use My applications to reopen, export or delete individual records. Backups contain personal information and remain on your device until you delete them. Free preparation remains available without signing in. No checkout is enabled in this release and no payment data is collected by this tool.
Optional usage measurement
If you select Help improve JobAtOnce, we record a random session identifier, the event name (visit, start, fact confirmation, PDF export, save, return, interview or pricing), a broad source category (direct, search, social or partner) and the event date/time. These are pseudonymous usage records, not anonymous customer statistics. No name, account ID, CV text, full URL or referrer is included in these application events. The session identifier expires locally after 24 hours. Records older than 30 days are removed during subsequent event processing. If no further events arrive, physical deletion can occur later. Reports must be limited to the most recent 30 days. Your opt-in choice is stored in this browser so we can respect it. Turning the option off stops further events and requests deletion of the current session’s records. Browser or network failure may prevent that deletion request; written privacy requests remain available.
Voluntary usability feedback
Feedback submitted from My applications is stored with your account identifier, completion stage, ease rating, comment and update time. It is not published as a testimonial. Please omit personal career information. You can export or delete your feedback from that page.
Using the ChatGPT connection
Career facts and vacancies explicitly sent to the ChatGPT tools are processed transiently on our hosted service. The application does not store them in a database or log request bodies. ChatGPT handles conversations and tool history under its own terms. Send only the details needed for the application; omit identity documents, health information, access credentials and other sensitive material.
Document links
ChatGPT document links contain an encrypted application pack and expire after 15 minutes. The server decrypts the pack only to generate the requested document. Anyone who has the link can download until it expires. Do not post these links publicly. A copy downloaded before expiry remains available to its recipient. Expiry does not remove copies or ChatGPT conversation history.
Costs and hosting
This release does not call an additional paid AI model or start a checkout. Our hosting, database and other operating expenses remain our responsibility; a customer's ChatGPT subscription does not pay them. Free output does not mean the service has no operating cost.
Hosting
ChatGPT Sites and the hosting provider may process technical connection information and requested paths for security and availability. Local editing, optional account storage and technical hosting logs are distinct. The hosting providers may retain technical logs under their own policies. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
Your choices
You can use local website preparation without the ChatGPT connection. You decide which career facts to confirm, include, and link. Review the documents before sharing with any employer. Nothing is automatically submitted.

Share only what the task needs
ChatGPT may choose relevant conversation or enabled-memory information for a tool call. The tool asks for task fields, not a whole conversation or personal profile. Review what you share; a field limit or privacy filter cannot detect every sensitive fact or undo a client transmission. Do not supply credentials, government IDs, card details, medical information, child profiles or unrelated third-party records. Use aliases where a real identity is unnecessary. Nothing is automatically sent to an employer, client or marketplace.
Purposes and legal bases
Where GDPR applies, an individual's requested preparation, export or optional account service uses Article 6(1)(b). Company-contact support and administration use Article 6(1)(f), with the interest of answering and managing that business request. Security and availability use Article 6(1)(f) to protect the service and its users. Applicable EU or Member State recordkeeping duties use Article 6(1)(c). We do not make automated hiring, housing, admission or other eligibility decisions.
Optional first-party usage measurement and the related browser identifier rely on your opt-in consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Turning it off is explained above. Essential account functions and your requested privacy choice use only the storage necessary for that function.
Recipients, hosting and international processing
OpenAI provides ChatGPT Sites hosting and, when you use the connection, ChatGPT. Sites uses hosting service providers including Cloudflare; technical requests can include IP address, route, time and headers. Provider logs are distinct from application input storage. See the Sites DPA, OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy notice.
DUOPORE operates in Singapore, which has no general EU adequacy decision. Provider processing can also occur in the United States and other countries. The Sites DPA describes safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, for processing within its scope; it does not by itself establish every DUOPORE transfer. Applicable EEA and Singapore transfer requirements must be met for the actual processing. Contact us for the safeguards relevant to your request or an available copy with unrelated confidential information removed. This service does not promise EU-only storage.
Google processes support emails sent to our Gmail contact under the applicable email terms and Google privacy policy. Do not email entire CVs, source files or unnecessary sensitive material.
Retention and privacy requests
Inputs are voluntary. A requested calculation, reply or account feature cannot complete without its necessary fields; you can stop instead. No personal fields are required merely to read this notice. Support is not a marketing signup.
The tool-specific storage and deletion behaviour is described above. Downloaded files and ChatGPT conversation history remain under your control and the relevant platform's settings. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the enquiry, document its handling or meet an applicable legal obligation; it is then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Provider technical logs follow the provider's retention rules.

Consent can be withdrawn for future processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. Singapore PDPA provides applicable access, correction and consent-withdrawal rights. Legal conditions and exceptions apply. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month under GDPR, and explain any permitted extension within that month; other requests follow their applicable statutory requirements. Supply only what is necessary to identify the service/record and verify your request, not an identity-document copy by default. You may complain to the competent EEA authority where you live, work or where an alleged infringement occurred, or Singapore's PDPC. An operator request does not automatically erase independent provider logs, your ChatGPT history or downloaded copies.
